Prestige Holiday Lettings is pleased to present our portfolio of prestigious self catering holiday accommodation.
Specialising in Beach front properties we have one of the best selections of privately owned holiday homes on Suffolk's Heritage Coast, predominantly in Southwold and Aldeburgh.
Our seaside properties range from a two bedroom sea front cottage to nine bedroom imposing beach front houses sleeping 18 - 20 people.
We have recently added to our selection a magnificent Georgian Country Mansion with a private floodlit tennis court and indoor heated swimming pool with jacuzzi. Set in 6 acres of gardens and grounds this is a truly luxurious house in a peaceful location, ideal for a relaxing family holiday or get together with friends.
As well as properties in England we have a super villa to rent in Mallorca. This is situated in the village of Galilea in the most delightful of settings. With spectacular mountain walks, stunning country views and just a short drive to the beach this is an ideal villa for either a holiday packed with activity and adventure or the ultimate retreat for relaxation.

All of our properties have been handpicked for their exceptional location or their uniqueness which will add to your holiday experience; these properties are ideal for family holidays or reunions and are frequently booked for special occasions.
We have an office in the sea side town of Aldeburgh where the local staff will be more than happy to help you not only with bookings and enquiries but also with any further requirements like outside caterers, where to visit, car rental or theatre and restaurant bookings.

Sheila Moore, Director
Sheila has been involved in the leisure industry for many years and was originally involved in setting up one of the largest independent travel companies in the South East. Sheila has developed the Prestige Holiday Lettings brand and continues to add to the property portfolio of exceptional properties in unique locations. With a wealth of customer service experience and knowledge of the holiday industry Sheila drives the company forward and achieves an exceptionally high level of customer satisfaction.
Adele Thompson, Prestige Holiday Lettings Manager
With a background in hotel management Adele guarantees the smooth running of our busy booking and administration office and ensures that every Prestige Holiday Lettings property meets the high standard required.
Karen Whatling, Marketing & Property Co-ordinator
Always on the lookout for new and interesting properties to add to the Prestige Holiday Lettings portfolio. Karen is a former residential sales manager with property sales and rental experience in both the UK and Europe. Now working on developing the marketing strategy and revising the Prestige website Karen is preparing for the company’s future expansion.
Wendy Corneby, Administration & Bookings Coordinator
Wendy takes care of the day to day office duties as well as the administration for all of our Prestige properties. Being local to Aldeburgh Wendy can advise you on places of interest as well as restaurants, specialist shops and days out for you and your guests.
Selena Levemore, Property Agent
Selena ensures that all the Prestige properties are fully equipped and meet the required high standard of cleanliness and tidiness. Selena has been in the leisure industry for many years and has a great eye for detail.
